Since 1998, Dedunu Fibre Mill on the process of exporting coco peat products all over the world, especially to the USA, Japan, Sweden, Iraq, Slovenia, Pakistan, Germany, Italy, Kuwait, Greece, Mexico & New Zealand, etc. for the horticultural and farming industry using the brand “Helpgrow Lanka” which is internationally recognized.
Helpgrow Lanka has grown into a backward integrated production facility that produces all the raw materials with high supervision and maintains high quality in the process of producing raw materials to manufacture the best quality final output by satisfying our clients. The making of raw materials process operates in our Pannala site. This provides a cost-effective solution to the customers to make the young plants stand out as superior plants from our products.
Presently, Dedunu Fibre Mills is operating with an investment of Rs.450 million; a large regular customer base, and a well-trained workforce by increasing 15% to 20% annually market exploration. The company employs the concept of Total Quality Management. The organization’s main aim is to obtain 100% satisfaction from our customers by supplying high-quality products.

We have been certified by the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Certifications from Sri Lankan Standard Institution which ensures that we are producing quality products in Coir Fiber Pith Substrates.
In addition, we have been registered under the Coconut Development Authority, Export Development Board, Central Environmental Authority, and in Department of Labour.
We are now an ISO 9001:2015-Certified company in Sri Lanka. This certification demonstrates our commitment to maintaining a quality management system that meets international standards, ensuring continuous improvement and delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.
We are respectable members of the Ceylon National Chamber of Industries (CNCI), reflecting our dedication to contributing to the industrial growth and development of Sri Lanka.
We have also been a member of the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka since 2024.
We have our own quality assurance systems that align with coco peat-based products. These quality assurance systems have been developed in order to manufacture and deliver best the quality products to our export market. The following tests are available in our laboratory;
